During my consultancy work, I identified a critical bottleneck in the talent acquisition process: recruiters were spending a significant portion of their day answering repetitive, high-volume inquiries from candidates. This manual workload led to slow response times, a poor candidate experience, and less time for strategic tasks like sourcing and interviewing top-tier talent.
